The "material" markets have become too small for us all. We need IN INTERNET a place for "economy growing". Something like a "central bank" acting just like the "rating system" in ithe NET to act as money acounts. Money should go in from material banks to NET but not the other way around. That'll be easier to "watch" cuz the world knows from its mistakes and also knows how to make it work as well. How many views a good creativity proyect can have? Nice for learning too. PROGRESS.
