Everyone in the world has a problem, even me the self tagged opinion answer manBut im dealing with it and ill return sooner than you know. I just wanted to let you know where I was and why.Get at my email or here ill still be reading as it clears the mind.Anxiety -a physiological state characterized by cognitive, somatic, emotional, and behavioral components[1]. These components combine to create the feelings that we typically recognize as anger and known as fear, apprehension, or worry. Anxiety is often accompanied by physical sensations such as heart palpitations, nausea, chest pain, shortness of breath, stomach aches, or headache. The cognitive component entails expectation of a diffuse and certain danger. Somatically the body prepares the organism to deal with threat (known as an emergency reaction): blood pressure and heart rate are increased, sweating is increased, bloodflow to the major muscle groups is increased, and immune and digestive system functions are inhibited (the 'fight or flight' response). Externally, somatic signs of anxiety may include pale skin, sweating, trembling, and pupillary dilation. Emotionally, anxiety causes a sense of dread or panic and physically causes nausea, diarrhoea, and chills. Behaviorally, both voluntary and involuntary behaviors may arise directed at escaping or avoiding the source of anxiety and often maladaptive, being most extreme in anxiety disorders. However, anxiety is not always pathological or maladaptive: it is a common emotion along with fear, anger, sadness, and happiness, and it has a very important function in relation to survival.

Thanks for sending them, and keep sending more!When I open my email inbox, however, there's one question that I see over and over again: "When is the album coming out?"Due to my touring schedule, the album release has been slightly delayed. Believe me, I really want this album done, but it has to be done right. Out of respect for you, the listener, I want to make sure that I put my best work forward. Please be patient, because I promise it'll be worth the wait.Significant progress is being made on the project, however. This week, we finished pre-production and are now in rehearsals.
