The Chicago Tribune visits with legendary Blackhawks organist Frank Pellico, who has been entertaining hockey fans at both the Chicago Stadium and the United Center for almost 20 years.
Frank Peillico performs his famous song at the end of heartbreaking 2-1 loss agaisnt the Colorado Avalanche. After the song me and Marc congradualate him and he waves to us which is not seen on the video.
The Blackhawks have recently decided to scrap the organ's use during their hockey games. This is an analogy of how poor of a decision this was and also a quiz to see if tradition's important or not.

They really let Detroit have it tonight!http://www.nbc.com/Saturday_Night_Live/http://www.britethorn.comSNL has posted all the sketches EXCEPT the Detroit sketch. It looks to me as thought they must have really pissed off their auto maker advertisers, which is why they probably won't ever be posting this one. Sorry.I also answer some comments at the end of the video tonight.
Not only is the Fox News antipathy against Senator Al Franken evident in the overt attacks from Al Franken's nemesis Bill O'Reilly, but, as I also show in this video, there is more subtle bias against Franken in what is ostensibly news reporting on Fox.You can see the entire January 7, 2009, segment of "Fox & Friends" from which I took 2 short clips for my video at http://www.foxnews.com/video/index.ht...And, as always, you can find DOZENS and DOZENS more examples of Fox News bias on my Fox News bias playlist on YouTube at http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list...
http://www.mannythemovieguy.comAfter moving to San Francisco, the middle-aged New Yorker, Harvey Milk, became a Gay Rights activist and city politician. On his third attempt, he was elected to San Francisco's Board of Supervisors in 1977, making him the first openly gay man to be elected to public office in the USA. The following year, both he and the city's mayor, George Moscone, were shot to death by former city supervisor, Dan White, who blamed his former colleagues for denying White's attempt to rescind his resignation from the board.Mr. Milk had been the subject of several books and the Academy Award-winning documentary feature, The Times of Harvey Milk (1984); but Milk (2008) is the first fictional feature to explore private aspects of the man's personal life and career.Milk was filmed on location in San Francisco. Many of Mr Milk's real-life surviving friends and former associates participated in the making of this film, several appearing on camera.

Alain Robert, más conocido como el spiderman francés, ha escalado el madrileño hotel Puerta de América en sólo veinte minutos y sin ninguna cuerda que le sujetase.
ANCHOR:Climber Alain Robert scales a forty-five story Hong Kong skyscraper. He was promoting climate change awareness. Here's more on this remarkable story.STORY:It's a bird, it's a plane. No! It's the French spiderman! His name is Alain Robert. Just this Tuesday he scaled the forty-five story high Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong. Robert attempted this stunt in an effort to spread awareness about climate change. Hong Kong office workers out for their lunch break watched in awe and some worried as Robert slowly made his way up the glass and steel structure with no ropes or safety devices. Robert used the buildings steel rods for support and to pull himself up to the top of the building. He had kept his location a secret before the climb for fear he would be arrested after his attempt. But police stood calmly below the scene, ambulances awaiting.[Onlooker]:"It is a little bit worrisome right now, at this moment he is scaling sort of horizontally instead of vertically which means he's having difficulty getting past that next level."Robert is known for climbing with his bare hands, also called "free climbing". He has scaled some of the worlds most famous buildings such as the Eiffel Tower and Shanghai's Jin Mao Tower. In fact, he was briefly jailed after climbing the Jin Mao Tower. He has been arrested and fined more than a hundred times for climbing skyscrapers around the world. The forty five (45) year old climber began as a rock climber in the French Alps. In 1994 he switched to buildings to give himself more of a challenge. Robert told reporters that Tuesday's climb was an attempt to draw attention to the impact of global warming.[Alain Robert, Spiderman]:"I think the world has to understand that we don't have any time in front of us. We do need to act right away."Robert met with reporters at a nearby hotel before the climb. He said he wanted to talk to reporters before he climbed because afterwards he would "feel a little shaky".
