Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich paid the price for defying President-Elect Barack Obama. In setting-up a pay-to-play scheme for Obama's vacated Senate seat, he rejected Obama's choice Valerie Jarrett and in doing so, caused Obama to pull the strings to have Rod Blagojevich arrested.

Even though federal prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald ended 2008 by asking for 3 more months to try to put together enough evidence to get an indictment against Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich, Fox News repeatedly misstated this fact, as I show with the clips in this video.
