Using the infrared camera in the Wii remote and a head mounted sensor bar (two IR LEDs), you can accurately track the location of your head and render view dependent images on the screen. This effectively transforms your display into a portal to a virtual environment. I'm playing Half-Life 2 on my computer using a Wii controller thats connected via bluetooth and GlovePie. Para crearlo use 3dmax 8. me llevó 13 días en mis ratos libres incluyendo modelado, animación, iluminación y pruebas de render. El render final llevó 12 horas en un portatil Pentium M Centrino a 1,5Ghz y 1Gb de RAM usando el Renderer scanline y con una resolución de 720x405.// Nintendo Wii Spot, made for the Xataka.com "Win a Wii" contest, idea based on the advertisement of PS3 "Sixaxis". It's not an official Nintendo commercial.For the CG I used 3dmax 8. Modeling, animation, lighting and render tests took me 13 days, but only in my free moments. The final render took me 12 hours in an Intel Pentium M (centrino) laptop (1,5Ghz and 1Gb of RAM) and a 720x405 resolution. I used Scanline renderer.
