A group of Koreans came to our church in Japan and did a Tae Kwon Do demonstration and learned that I was a former instructor when I was younger. They had some remaining boards and asked me to do a few things. My roommate caught this on his cell phone camera so the quality is bad but I wish he would have caught the other stuff. I started off breaking a board with my finger tips then breaking the smaller pieces with my head and shins. I took a narrow piece and broke it against the grain with my throat. They brought out three more and I broke these with the side of my pointer finger called a ridge hand. Instead of the hand I used the side of the finger which is more challenging. I like the video not so much of the break but because of the crowds reaction. I room full of Japanese, Koreans, and Americans all had their own ways of responding before and after the break.
